What’s behind the dance hall doors?

The exhibition “Croquer la danse”, the culmination of a year of immersion in amateur dance classes, shows us the practice of contemporary dance in what is organic and shared.

The sketches made from life and the creations resulting from them respond to each other, and enhance the metamorphosis of the students, non-professionals, into dancers. We thus grasp the very particular atmosphere of the dance hall: position of the body at rest, stretching, barre, choreographic gesture…
